Wreckers can basically do whatever they like most of the time giving them a sort of vigilante terrorist characteristic. Once they hook up the car it become their property until competion of delivery. It's best to use a BFH tool in this process (ie. a Big F**king Hammer). You take your tool and crack him in the brain.... right in the cerebral cortex. This will render your wrecker (in action...or was) to lose all motor function and pass out in a pool of his own urine. At this point take your blood soaked hand and downshift the far right hand shifter lowering your car. While walking over to take of the hooks to your car make sure to kick the gentleman for added securityl. At this point your best bet is to hop in your car and not to leave any evidence behind (, ie bloody leather gloves, or what not). I am not sure of the legalities in your state for this procedure but in Texas they are perfectly legal. Wrecker is a dangerous position in Texas.... right up their with Cop and Pizza delivery men.
